Dr. Nzeyimana N. Innocent
A Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of HPR. He made HPR the only member of the Global Alliance of NGOs for road safety in Rwanda and established a partnership with Rwanda National Police. He holds an MD from the National University of Rwanda and specializes in Urology surgery.
Dr. Ndoli Diane Andrea
Co-founder of HPR, she has contributed to its expansion in different roles in the executive committee. She holds an MD from the National University of Rwanda and is currently specializing in clinical oncology.
Dr Jean Christophe Rusatira
Director
Research and Development
A transformational leader who has taken HPR from being a small student-run project to an internationally recognized organization. He holds an MD from the National University of Rwanda and an MPH from the Johns Hopkins University.
Dr. Dieudonne Rutagumba
As Co-founder, and current monitoring and evaluation officer of HPR, he has contributed to its expansion by leading projects in tobacco control and road safety with a special focus on children safety. He holds an MD from the National University of Rwanda and specializes in Pediatrics.
Ms. Alice Gisaro
Administrative assistant of HPR, who coordinates logistics, assists with project management and supports the research development work. She holds a Bsc in Dental Health from the University of Rwanda.
Dr. Alice Muhoza
She is the current HPR Administrative assistant of the conflict resolution committee. She holds an MD from the University of Rwanda and several professional certificates in health promotion.
Mr. Steven Muvunyi
He is the current HPR project, communication specialist. He holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communication from the University of Rwanda and has previously worked with renowned Africa’s TV channels like CNBC Africa.
Dr. Jean Berchmans Uwimana
Berchmans was the youngest founding member of HPR. Currently, as Program Director, his work in advancing quality and innovation in HPR’s program is remarkable. Berchmans holds an MD the University of Rwanda and several professional certificates in health promotion and project management
Dr. Charles Nkurunziza
Member of the founding team and a global health advocate, he currently serves as HPR Project manager. He holds a Master of Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and a Master of Science in Global Health Delivery.
Mr. Joseph Dushime
HPR Finance officer, who assists in preparation of financial documents and internal audits. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Lay Adventist Of Kigali.
Ms. Gaudence Mukangabo
As HPR Financial assistant, she prepares financial forms for internal and external auditing; and financial reports. Ms. Gaudence holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Rwanda.
Dr. Ami Nkumbuye
HPR media and communication officer, who advances social media advocacy in road safety and First aid. He holds an MD from the University of Rwanda and has 2 international certificates in road safety and First aid communication.
Dr. Vincent Ndayiragije
Current Deputy Director of the Conflict Resolution Committee, and has served in multiple positions in HPR since its inception. Dr. Vincent holds an MD from the University of Rwanda.
Dr. Eric Rurangwa
Medical Doctor and Public Health Specialist focusing on linking the global health events and emergencies research findings and evidence-based policy in Global Health
Dr. Theophile Niyigena
He serves as the current HPR Logistics officer and assists with the planning and management of health promotion activities. He holds a Bachelor's in General medicine and surgery from the University of Rwanda.
